Best cake donuts in Minnesota. So what if the lady is a bit gruff, she was up at 2 am baking - how would you feel! Get your baked goods here!
It's a old style Bakery with doughnuts,bread and buns. They accept only cash. There is a dining area inside the restaurant and it's right next museum.
I was just in there today to get an almond kringle, type pastry which I have recently become obsessed with because they are INCREDIBLE! and I felt it was a reasonable price and the guy behind the counter was very polite and helpful when I asked the prices of a few items.
The customer service here was absolutely nasty. They made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. What a great way to chase customers out of the store before trying any treats! Lost my business forever
I experience the staff and friendly and helpful. Terrific hot cross buns, fruit cake, great holiday breads.
I honestly do not understand how this business manages to keep its doors open. Decided to give them another shot after several years... long story short: nothing has changed — will not be returning.
Gosh the donuts taste like gasoline and the owner handle the food and money with out gloves , the owner was really rude , went I asking why he handle money and food on the same counter with out gloves that was unsanitary. Nasty nasty place don’t buy there.
