Excellent curd. Also, try the jalapeño cheese if you like spice, it is the perfect blend and goes great with bread, crackers or alone.
Great cheese! Poutine not so good, the restaurant needs lots of improvement, good service.
Curd cheese is not that easy to find. I've tried many brands at different grocery stores but nothing compares with the homemade curd cheese from Qualite Summum. It's expensive, yes over $20 for 2 lbs but if you feel like a poutine fest this weekend, it's worth the drive on the South Shore. They open at 8:30 am on Saturday.

Amazing poutine. Really great. New place to bring people who are visting. I agree that it's a bit hectic and minimal, but the food is something special.
