Be careful with this group.nBetween a scam or incompetence, you will end up with people who take responsibility but they make you pay undeserved fees!!!nnThey came 4 people and 1 person left after 2 hours!! but the bill still has 4 people working full time!!! until I asked, they answered 3 people but doing the work of four people, but you are doing it and counting in hours, I wonder if you have four people but the time to complete the work is still 8 hours and 3 people are still is 8 hours. There are 4 humidifiers and fans in total and the bill is 6. Every time I ask, you only answer 1 question because I have already signed it !!!! I still have to pay to get 1 lesson !! TOTAL BILL ~ 5K Cad.

Qualinet seem to operate like sharks.nEvery single time I met with them, they kept telling me that the government would foot 90% of the bill, so I didn't have to worry.nnThey rent you a dehumidifier for 85 CAD per day, while the same equipment costs less than $400 for 2 weeks in any other rental shop.nnThen they invoice you 3h 2 people for dropping two fans and a dehumidifier, then another 3h 1 person for getting their equipment back.nnAll in all, almost 4k CAD to leave 2 fans and 1 dehumidifier for less than a week at my home, and work 4h on site 3 people.nI did avoid the 50% markup if they had come during the weekend.nnAgain, at each of their visit, insisting that the government or insurance will foot 90% of the bill.nnMy understanding is that their price is made for insurances, and is why insurances are expensive/not willing to insure everything. It does not reflect the work they do.nIt's a scam, they prey on people in a desperate situation flood damage, etc..nnI hope they pay their South American workers a decent wage at least.

It was a really bad experience. They came to repair the floor, which cost 650 sq ft. It took a week, and it was all cracked. The ceiling was not repaired. They charged me a deposit of more than 6,000. I received an email to pay the remaining money, but it was not completed. Unable to pay, contacted them for 2 months with no reply, no repair and no refund.nIf there anyone need pictures I can send see what is job and 2 months no new no body pick phone

The company arrived within one hour of my call to the insurance company, they assessed the damages and started the clean up immediately. The team was professionals, courteous and funny. They took great care of my family and I from start to finish and were very quick to respond to any questions we had along the way.

I used Qualinet to have the air ducts cleaned. Its not the first time I use Qualinet - for me, they are the most professional. it is my fourth experience with them. The last time they came, they also did all my carpets. The quality of work is exceptional. The respect and friendliness of Mathias and André who performed the work was quite agreeable.
