Thank you to the outstanding staff at QPS from the moment we called till the job was completed I was so impressed. First the came so fast it made me feel I was a priority, then the quickly found the issue off my concern and carefully explained the situation in a way I could understand fixed the problem and invoiced me and I thought the price was competitive and fair . The end result I live in comfort and feel confident in use or referring them to others

I have used QPS for over 20 years a with total confidence that I'm receiving top notch service. They always take my calls 24/7 in the winter on the coolest day or nights and in the summertime heat. I have used them for my rentals and my businesses and always feel better when pros take care of the problems. Thank you so much QPS heating and cooling

I wanted to thank the QPS man, for his prompt response on the hottest day in the summer 2017. My AC for some reason stop working, and with a quick call to QPS they arranged for one of their experienced employees to swing by, assess the situation and he explained it and resolved it, within a short time and the bill was a small price to pay for my family and I to be comfortable. My go to guys is QPS Im going to invest in the maintenance packages that QPS offers for piece of mind all year around. Thanks QPS

Furnace repairman came to clean the coil inside my furnace as the A/C wasn't as cold as it should have been. When he "finished" he left the drain hose for the AC on the floor for 3 days while we were away at a baseball tournament, instead of putting it back in the laundry tub where it came from. We came back to a partially flooded basement. The tile in the furnace room had all lifted up and the carpet outside the room was soaked and stained. Called to speak to the owner and he wouldn't speak to me even when I showed up. He made his secretary talk to me and she was very uncomfortable doing this when she shouldn't have been put in that situation. This went on for 3 months, until I finally sued him for damages. Court day came and he didn't show and I won, but even if he did show up I still would have won as it was clearly negligence. He told my Paralegal that he wasn't going to pay for damages despite the court decision. My Paralegal told him that it would be more expensive for him to ignore the courts decision. Finally after delaying yet again, I was issued a payment and I was able to make the repairs to my damaged tile and carpet floors. A few days later I was sent a bill for the "wonderful" work his company did. Is this the people you want when your furnace needs repair or you are looking for a new furnace to purchase? They pat themselves on the back for their customer service, yet this story speaks volumes about the way he treats customers when his company drops the ball. You shouldn't have contempt for your customers, they are the lifeblood of any company. A furnace is a big expense. I am having my furnace and A/C replaced right now. I can tell you 1 thing, I know who I didn't choose.
