This is my main spot for lunch and they always knock it out of park. Food is always fresh and the service is fast and friendly! Also, they have hot sauce at every table. Nice!
Went in at 8:45 pm which was more than an hour from closing 10pm and there were no Fajitas left for me to put in the bowl. I still took with rest of the available ingredients and realized at home the rice was half cooked and raw ! Really bad at taste and low quality food at this location! Management needs to do something about this… Not going to return to this location again!
Love this Qdoba location in Farmington Hills! Unlike its competitor won't mention Chipotle it always has all items on backup and is always replenishing the toppings. They grill veggies many times during the day and provide unlimited toppings, including guac! Once I asked for 3 scoops of guacamole and extra items, just to see how they'll react. It was unbelievable, they provided what i requested without any attitude. They even asked if i could wait 10 mins for fresh grilled veggies and it was after 8pm and there was no extra charge! I Highly recommend Qdoba and especially this location. FYI: please tip the staff as they really do a great job.
This place is horrid. Manager, staff and store are always diirty and horrible attitudes and rude. An employee cursed at me when I was trying to find out what happed to my online order. They are always closed and take online orders only during lunchtime around multiple businesses. No other restaurants in that area does this. They need to be fired!!!
I came to Qdoba today and upon entering I waited about 15 minutes before being serviced, but there were 3 other people waiting as well in front of me. Other than the line moving slow, I had a good experience overall. The manager on duty was doing a great job training the new hire while also trying to tend to the guests in the front. I tried the impossible meat today and it was actually better than expected. Thanks for a decent experience.
Good Food and it's never really a line when I go in there, However they do seem short staff like 2 people working so it takes them too long. I Missed my 30 minute break being in there so long! There was no line and the Person was doing orders from an app. Only 2 people working: this place has went down so bad. I may not return to this location. And they run out of items fast and don’t replace them.
Ordered a chicken burrito from here yesterday and shortly after eating it my stomach started to hurt. Went to sleep and woke up in the middle of the night throwing up and it is now almost afternoon and still throwing up. Pretty sure i got food poisoning. This was the only substantial meal i had all day so i know it was this that made me sick plus that’s all I’m throwing up.
Very yummy! My first time eating at QDOBA. the portions were fair for the price. I will be going back for more
This qdoba has messed up our online order a few times. Picked up our order with our name on it, and it had 2/3 items we ordered, but the 3rd was someone else’s food with their name on it. We didn’t realize this until we got home since it was closed in the bag. I tried calling numerous times & no one answers the phones. Not happy with not being able to resolve this issue without driving 15 mins back to Qdoba.
Scheduled for an online pickup 20 minutes before I was supposed to be here to pick it up. Get here and it's not ready yet. It's fine I can wait. So I just sat down at a table to wait. The whole restaurant was dirty and gross. And the gentleman behind the counter has been non stop complaining loudly in front of customers. Complaining about people making online orders. Saying that "he's not gonna do this on his own that he's going to walk out." Had stopped twice now to go and what I assume is lock the door so more customers cannot get in. Extremely unprofessional for someone dealing in the service industry.
