I got Uber eats as I've been on the road for several days and just wanted a day at my hotel without driving. I am always reluctant to order delivery as my food always seems thrown together without a care and half portioned. I am happy to say that was not the case with your food. It was all delicious and the portions were perfect. I didn't feel my food was just tossed in a bag with no care. Thank you.

Thank you! I have been in your restaurant twice, and both times were great. It is so nice to get a greeting as I come in the door, and to see smiles. Both times I have gotten the surf and turf bowl- fresh and wonderful both times. I worked for 21 years with McDonald’s corporate as a Business Consultant, so it was also wonderful to see your crew member place a spoonful of the shrimp on my bowl, count how many were there, and she added one more to make sure I had the right amount. I will be returning.
The food was good they where out of some stuff. But the service wasn’t that great kinda rude and unfriendly.
Service was good but I haven’t seen such an unkept establishment in quite some time. EVERYTHING was dirty, food all over the floors, food splashed on the walls, food and waste all over the dining area floors. There were plenty of employees to keep up on this but obviously, the “manager” was not concerned.
Feb. 5,2023….Do NOT eat here. Chicken is always burnt to a crisp! Nothing like biting down on each bite to chard chicken and burnt rock pieces. Rice is always under cooked. Portions are very small. Today will be my last visit at QDOBA. To much needs to change here at this location. Don’t say I didn’t warn ya. They should get new managment and actually fix the issues. Staff is also not friendly.
Orders. $200 catering order days in advance. $25 delivery fee and $45 tip on top of that. The order was missing 1/2 of the meets and 2 sides. Called and was told a district manager would call me back. No call. Called customer support and Sabastian hung up on me after I asked to speak to his manager but was only told they would call me back.
I was greeted by pot holes large enough to swallow my car, then stepped into the dirtiest lobby I've ever seen. Everything was grimey and dusty/dirty. There was caked in diet around the edges of the floors and on the walls and lights and food all over the floors. Then the guy working sat there flirting with 2 girls and ignoring everyone else in line. Wowwwww...
The Qdoba in Alpine used to be a reliable place for a quick tasty lunch. Things have changed. We waited at least 20 minutes to be served while online orders were filled. The store was a bit messy, and the food wasn't as tasty as usual. I am sure staffing issues have hurt them, and I hope they are able to bring their location back to where it was.
Service was fast although the restaurant itself is very unkept very dirty and cold food. Garbage all over the floors and the drink machine look as as if it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks.
