I was happy they were able to get me in as I called to see if they accepted walk ins. However I’m not satisfied with the outcome. I wanted some nice nails to show off for my engagement photos/hand close ups but the polish is all bubbly and the nails are not a uniform shape/lengthService: Manicure
I get my nails done every 2 weeks. First time here and I am so upset. I asked for photo on the left. Even asked if they could do it. What I got is photo on the right. They are so thick too it's ridiculous. Then to top it off they charged me $70 for the mess! Buyer beware!!!
Kim did my nail fill and was so great! She was so meticulous and checked to make sure they were PERFECT. Each nail matches the one on the opposite hand perfectly. She made sure they were the exact length and shape I wanted and was so sweet the whole time. The quality of work is great and the customer service was excellent. I love love love this place. I get my lashes done here and it’s the cheapest then anyone else and I appreciate that considering they look just as good!! The staff are amazing and they try their absolute best. My lash artist from here is so kind! Way to go!Service: Eyelash extensions
I came in for a fill and decided to get a French, the white started chipping two days later and I came back to get it fixed they said a top coat would do the trick, so that’s what they did they put topcoat on 3 times in total. Went home and literally the next day my top coat starts peeling off and the white polish is chipped on one nail, so I come back and they advise me it’s my fault this is happening, so I asked them to take off my nails and still I have acrylic on my nails it’s not completely off, so I ask someone else to fix it. Instead of taking my nails off at no cost they charge me the full amount! This was by far the worst nail experience I’ve ever had, I do Not recommend this place. I called Q nails and asked for a price to cut my toes nails. They told me 10 dollars. When time came to pay it was 15 dollars and didn’t even do a proper cut job. No gloves and no sanitation.Services: Nail cut & filing
The girl did exactly what I was looking for and she fixed my nails from a previous place they look great def going back!
I was told on the phone that for nail file and cuticle would be $20 but was charged $27. When questioned why giving wrong information on phone, she said no no its not $20 and charged me full amount. RidiculousService: Manicure
He was quick and color was good. Just not very chatty. Smile more and you may start to see people smile back. ! : Great people !
