These ladies are amazing. I get my nails done every three weeks religiously with Leah. She has always done an absolutely amazing job and has always gone the extra mile for me. I highly suggest this nail shop. RED
My daughter and her friend went here for a little girls day before they start school.. and I was surprised to see my daughters nails were 70 dollars for acrylic first set… my daughter had no idea when I asked why they were so expensive when I called the lady explained to me that it cost 15 dollars extra for design the designs are little lines on her nails. If my daughter was aware which she wasn’t made a aware it was 15 dollars for design the lady just told her 70 dollars total, she wouldn’t have gotten the design on all of her nails!!! I’m sorry but will never go back. I feel like that is a major rip off as other places I’ve gone have charged only 5 dollars for a design on all nails.Service: Manicure
i went with my friend to get my nails done for school, the lady only told me how much they would be, i am very naïve and didn’t know what she meant she never told me how much the design would be. i ended up paying 15$ for the design and didn’t know because she never told me. she then proceeded to cut my cuticles and grabbed a piece of my skin making me bleed, she then took a big glob of lotion and put it on my cut making it hurt even worse, she didn’t even shape my nails right, 15$ for a couple squiggly lines is absolutely outrageous, my friend who was also getting hers done wanted her nails a little shorter then what the lady cut, she told the lady that her mom didn’t want her nails really long the lady proceeded to tell my friend just to say she couldn’t cut them any shorter when she 100% could have she just didn’t want to. i’m very disappointed in how they didn’t listen to us at all i wish they weren’t so busy talking to each other and would have listened to us when we where trying to talk to them.Service: Manicure
Based on our 3rd and last experience I won't ever take my granddaughter back. Each appointment she was directed to pick a nail color but then adamantly told it wouldn't work and the tech chose the color she used instead. No explanation. In the midst of our 2nd appointment a client of the tech came in despite no appointment and we were told, not asked, to move to someone else. No sorry or thank you.
Two of us went for a pedicure. Both of left with rough feet still. Zero effort put in. Won't be back. Save your money and don't come here.Service: Pedicure
Today In went to get a manicure, I walked in got sat down all was good at first. when the girl was shaving down my nails she kept getting my skin 4 times. Then on my way home I noticed 2 of my nails were bending but not the whole nail only half, due to uneven filing, not even 5 mins later I go back and talk to them. they told me cause I wanted it on my natural nail that's what happened, it is only two nails and I have got this done plenty before from other locations. then when I asked what we can do so it doesn't snap off she said come back tomorrow cause they are to busy then they will take it off add a fake nail and re do it, I will have to pay tho. considering I showed her all my other nails were fine and went back so quick I was hoping for better customer service.Service: Manicure
Don't talk to clients. They didn't go short enough on my friends nails. And my 2 big toe nails are way longer then wat they should b plus not straight. Zero star
Awful products or service for acrylics, I went two different times and both times my nails were off within a week
Always great service there. The ladies are fantastic! But the owners stopped using the fidelity card and do not want to honor them anymore. Untrustworthy business behaviour. Two stamps away from getting a free pedicure as planned but nope there is a flu on tv that does prevent any of that. I asked the staff to address it but they are afraid to ask the owners in fear of losing their job Always finish what you start and honor those fidelity cards that you issued until the end. Those that were started should be stamped until completion. Unfair situation that's all.Service: Pedicure
