Great Ice Cream, very close to Rockwood conversation area. Friendly staff. Big servings at a good price. Down the road from a park you can enjoy your ice cream while walking along the river. We went here 3 times while camping!
Stayed at Rockwood Conservation Park and craving pizza. Always want to bring business to locals and am glad I came across this place. Pizza was amazing, service was great. Just an FYI, I inquired into delivery to our location and they offer delivery on Friday and Saturday makes sense, busy at that time highly recommend Food: 5/5

First time ever eating here. Ordered a pizza to go. Good pizza, good price, ready in about 20 minutes. I would recommend their pizza and would order again.
We have ordered pizza from this place 3 times, although it was pretty good we had hair in our pizza two times out of three and noticed they do not wear hair nets. Won’t be going back Reply - We didn’t call and complain this weekend about anything lol good story though.. I guess it was someone else with the same issue? Also haven’t made a complaint on google reviews before until now. Maybe wear some hair nets to solve this issue instead of making stuff up and being rude Just looking at your replies to negative reviews shows how immature and unprofessional you are, grow up and learn from your mistakes. If you want a hairy pizza try this place forsure!!
We were camping at Rockwood Conservation Area and decided to go for a drive in the area. We saw this ice cream place and stopped to get some ice cream. We got vanilla flavour and I must say it was the best ice cream I have ever had so far. The portions were generous in size. We loved the ice cream so much that we came back the next day Saturday around 11 but the shop was closed. Would definitely try the ice cream when in the area next time.
Take out only. We order a salad. They don’t have forks. Order a whole pizza. Plates are only for single slices. Not sure what to make of this place.
My husband and I finally tried this place. We don't eat pizza often but tonight we did. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised! Thanks Purple Pig Pizzeria! We'll be back for sure.
We take a drive to the Purple Pig a few times every summer. The staff are always friendly and the ice cream is great. Good value too.
AWESOME !!!!!!!!! once i tried their first veggie pizza experiencetomatoes,onions,mushrooms& black olivesi was sold on it,tried it next few times after that and it was always hearty and delicious , damn the taste of the good old fresh country veggies and your tasteful pizza dough has made me a regular when i crave that special pizza.....keep it up guys,thanks for making my pizza a great personal moment.
