I have been going to Purple City for a few years now. The first year or so. I wasnt that impressed. As they very seldom had stock and some of the female staff were a little sketchymy apoligies, I dont mean to offend anybody. The last 6 months or so I have been trying to make this my regular vape supplier. The owner has switched the staff up and has really taken great strides in providing a great selection of vape juices."Facts" Purple City also has a great selection of 420 items. The main reason I am writing this review. Is due to Nin's superb approach to customer service. Along with his knowledge of vape juice and vape products. Great staff! Great store! Great name!! That is uniquely Edmonton!!
I loved emphasized lovED this place then they changed the manager who was awesome and always had good deals for repeat business and now it’s more expensive, no deals and not a great first 2 encounters with new staff/manager. Couldn’t even be bothered to check price in glass cabinet just gave approximate price and it wasn’t even busy other manager went above and beyond for pricing knowledge and so on. I guess I’ll be looking for a new vape shop.
do not go here!!!!! poor communication with customers - the ginger employee scammed me. was charged for something that i did not ask for and was refused a refund. clearly they don’t know how to work their computer system. i will not be coming back here until there is new staff in place. extremely disappointed as i have been a long time supporter of this business.
Love this shop! The staff are so friendly and make you feel at home in their store. I highly recommend Purple City solely based off their customer service. They have great selection as well.

Amazing atmosphere. Every time I walk in it feels like I'm at a friends house. The staff is incredibly friendly as well as Very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations but not to pushy. Great prices too I love there heady peaces would Definitely recommend to anyone looking for vape juice or cannabis accessories!

Amazing place, they have everything you could need. The quality is great and the prices suit all kinds of consumers whether you like your high end glass or something that gets the job done thats still nice! Staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable too. Would recommend to anyone 10/10! Great prices, great products, great staff.
this place is amazing i’ve been shopping here for at least 4 years and they’ve always had great employees great customer service, they build connections with their regulars and i couldn’t love a shop more. seriously they have everything i need all the time and madison is the bomb!!!! also ali is amazing too. honestly all around great place 1000000/10
Always an amazing experience. Been a customer for years and with their full stock, knowledge staff, and ridiculously great prices, why would I go elsewhere? Shout out to Michael for helping me pick my new vape, set it up, and give me solid and truthful advice about the products. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
