Honestly, if I could give it a zero I would. They dropped off my package of contact lenses to my apartment building. I was home all day and there was no attempted ring on the buzzer or knock on my door So they left the package of contact lenses in the main mail lobby of the apartment on the top of the shelf where anyone could get at it.nnNeedless to say, the package of contacts got stolen. Called Purolator customer service and they kept arguing with me saying that they tried buzzing my door they didn't I was home all day and told them this and said that they are not required to leave my item in a non concealed place. They wouldn't believe me when I said I was home all day either. Provided no rectifying the situation whatsoever. Screw Purolator. Even if they did try to ring the buzzer or knock the door which they didn't because I was HOME ALL DAY they should not have left it on the shelf of a public apartment building lobby where anyone can get at it. Worst ethics ever for a company
Won't even deliver on time been on truck since 7 am now 1 pm still nothing
Not good at all! Nobody there! Met the guy going for lunch! They don’t do anything there! Parcels have to be labelled and everything has to be done ready to send when you go there
The delivery drivers will go above and beyond to make sure you get your packages.
