I came in for a quick return for my Amazon package at 1:30 PM on May 26, 2025. The staff member at the front was extremely rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. He didn’t smile, didn’t greet me, and immediately told me to use the quick return machine instead of assisting me himself. I asked for help, but he kept directing me to do it myself.nnAfter wasting time trying to use the machine, I realized all of them were broken. Only then did he reluctantly take the package from me. Why treat a customer like that? It costs absolutely nothing to be kind or helpful.nnCome on, Purolator do better!. This is not the customer service people expect or deserve.
We were sending a 2 lbs package at this store. We had already printed the label, but we were told they could print it there too. The gentleman at the counter was very nice. He scanned the package and gave us the receipt, and we were on our way. Good professional service and friendly attitude. Five stars from our experience.
If I could choose a negative star, I would definitely do that! Atrocious service to say the least. My parcel was supposed to be delivered to my door but it turns out they require a signature and as a working adult I can’t just sit and wait for them to come. Since they don’t do a scheduled delivery. After contacting the customer service representative I was assured that my package would be left at the nearest location, and I was given the address of it right away. It was supposed to be 0.7 km from my house but guess what! They dropped it off at a completely different spot! Almost 9 km from me! Given that I don’t drive and public transportation wasn’t operating well, I had to take Uber and pay more than 30$ to get my order and it took me an hour and a half to commute. “Awesome” job, Purolator! Definitely not recommend and would NEVER use their service again
My experience at this branch was very disappointing, especially with one of the female employees working after 7 PM. I came to pick up a parcel based on a delivery notice left on my door, and I provided the notice and my ID.nnThe employee was unprofessional and rude. At first, she told me the parcel had arrived, then said the name didn’t match—even though the address was correct. I explained that the parcel was mine and gave her my tracking number and phone number. She then changed her statement and claimed the parcel wasn’t there, and that the notice wasn’t for me!nnWorst of all, she took the delivery notice and threw it in the trash right in front of me. When I asked how I could retrieve my parcel, she gave me no clear answer—just told me to “leave”.nnWhat’s even more frustrating is that on the expected delivery day, I stayed home the whole time and even skipped school just to be available—but no one ever called or tried to contact me.nnI traveled a long distance and paid for an Uber to get there, only to be treated disrespectfully.nI am very upset and deeply disappointed by this experience and the poor level of service I received.nI truly hope the company takes this seriously and works to improve customer care and staff conduct.
The worst experience ever. Nothing but 3 failed deliveries, false promises and lies. After filing a complaint , nothing has changed.nWas stuck at home for 3 days from 8 am until 9 pm.nThe first time - delayed in transit due to disruption.nThe second time -receiver inaccessible in the centre of Toronto.nThe third time -even no update!!!nFrustrating, devastating, disrespectful!!!
