What I Like: amazon now lets you drop off return items here without any packaging. They will package it for you. The store is always kept clean. They sell packing supplies and offer other services as well. What I Don’t Like: parking is hard to come by around the location. I had to walk few blocks. It can get hard if you have a heavy item to pick up or drop off. There is always just one staff working so the lines can get long and wait time can also be long. I feel bad for the only staff working because clearly he/she is trying their best to service everyone.
Edited: The individual who assisted me Nov 30 at this location was awesome. They were able to sort this issue out and get my package delivered. Thank you to that person. Extremely frustrated attempting to receive a package. The driver attempted a delivery to my building and but I received a notification that they were missing an entry code which my building does not have. The online chat service did not work for me at all. The virtual agent gave two options, one being correct an address, the other being request a pickup. The request a pickup option gave me an error saying that a resolution was in process and that I'd have to speak to a customer service agent. When I selected that option the chat would freeze and I would never be connected. I tried to correct the address to include a buzzer number and received a status update that made me think my package was on the way. Checking this morning I find out my package is now being returned to sender. It would be nice to be able to talk to someone when you call or have a chat function which works. I am going to drive to an Purolator location tonight to speak with someone because I've been waiting on hold for an hour so far. I just want my new shoes.
Helpful staff, but service, in general, is not great! Lack of proper communication with the customers on the changes made to the delivery method and date/time of delivery causes confusion.
I'm not sure about how a company can continue to completely ignore the complaints so many customers are making about the awful delivery service they provide - which is, again, as pointed out by many reviewers, not really a delivery service at all but a pick up service. This seems like a total management leadership failure. They NEVER call and simply just leave a door tag each time claiming an attempted delivery. As pointed out by others NO OTHER DELIVERY SERVICE does this. With other delivery services I get a phone call and immediately come down to pick up the package as my partner and I work from home. Because of this whenever placing an order I NEVER choose Purolator and would NEVER use them to ship a product unless it was to someone I genuinely did not like. Such an easy fix. Just speaks to total failure of management. It's an embarrassment. In 2019 they claimed they were investing $1Billion over 5 years and they still can't figure out phone calls. Well done Purolator/Canada Post.
Absolutely atrocious “service”. Do not select the pick up option, it is not reliable at all. I was suppose to have a package picked up by 8:30-10 am yesterday. I booked this time on their website and received a confirmation number with this time and date. Almost 36 hours, 5 customer service agents, 2 confirmation numbers and 2 “dispatched” drivers later and I still have my package. When inquiring about why my confirmed pick up hadn’t been picked up I was informed that because it was a free service they didn’t have to do it if they didn’t feel like it and it was up to the driver on if they wanted to pick it up or not. If they didn’t want to, they didn’t have to, and they also didn’t have to inform me, or book me a follow up time. Just left my package in the rain for porch pirates and wildlife to steal. This is my lively hood and no one from Purolator seems to care. I would never recommend them to anyone ever, not even my worst enemy.
I don't believe Purolator actually delivers anything but the man working there Privi is great. The place is often very busy, probably because all deliveries end up here, but this fella is always super helpful and friendly and polite. Frankly I don't know how he does it considering how many unhappy customers he probably deals with every day. Guy definitely deserves a raise.

This review is simple. They DO NOT deliver. I made about 100 purchase online this year. 4 of them were delivered by them. 0 out of 4 were delivered. No phone call, no notice, no respond. Took us a long time to figure out my items were moved from warehouse A to 7-11. Other deliver services have no problem. My neighbours never received anything from them as well. They DO NOT deliver.
I'd rate 0 stars if I could. I can't recall a single positive experience I've had with Purolator. What an absolute joke. No wonder Amazon is taking over the e-commerce world. Waited all morning just to get a notification that the driver couldn't reach me. I was literally sitting by my buzzer - waiting. And no, I don't want to provide my tracking ID just to find out that I can have my package shipped tomorrow. I wanted it today. This is not at the fault of the employees, the person I spoke to on the phone on hold for 30 minutes was very lovely but clearly her hands were tied. And by the looks of the other reviews, this isn't an uncommon occurrence. The drivers are clearly overworked/overloaded and thats why they can't be bothered to wait for someone to get the door. Purolator needs to do better. I paid $15 dollars for shipping and now I have to go pick it up myself. Why? I have more reliable deliveries from Amazon drivers which cost nothing.
Despite having a loading zone right in front of our building, I have never once had a purolator shipment delivered to my door. To make things even more frustrating, I’ve also never had an attempted delivery notice left. So every time, I walk up to the storefront in North Van HOPING that my package is there. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
