Incompetent, extremely rude staff, especially the old lady. I scheduled a pickup at my place, and they never showed up. It was a very important package, but heavy package. I had to deliver it myself to this Purolator store.
I go here at least three times a week. I'm starting to know each one of the employees who work there. I don't know if it's because I'm nice or because they're nice or both but I've been getting 50% off every single time thank you thank you thank you I love you guys. This is the one in St Pierre.
I have to drive 30 minutes to pick a shipment that I ordered online so I don't have to go to the store. Mind you the package had the buzzer number and I was at home waiting for it, but they still left me the note to go pick up. Purolator, you can do a better job to accomodate the people living in the city centre.
