Honestly, 0 stars. They called me to enter my apartment number, which I confirmed. The next day I called again, and it seemed like nothing had been updated the day they called me. I asked to go pick up the package, which was already there, and that I would normally take the box and everything would be fine. I had proof of purchase and everything, but they refused, telling me I wasn't allowed to pick it up at the counter order worth $1200. Service 0/10
I'm really angry that your delivery driver left my package on my back porch. He didn't knock to let us know. There were three of us in the house when the delivery was made, and he never even knocked. He didn't even know what was in my package, if it could freeze or break in the cold. If my partner hadn't gone outside, my package would have spent the night on my porch. Really not good. I'm very disappointed with your service.
The delivery man throws my packages and I always receive them broken, even if I write the apartment number he leaves them outside and it has happened 3 times that they have been stolen.
It opens at 11:00 and closes at 16:00, ridiculous. You should close it down forever.
