First ultrasound in Airdrie the technician was SO rude and picking my belly so hard. Second one they cancelled the same day when I was on my way, 40 minutes before and no offers solutions. I went in tears to EFW and they took me right away and I got my second ultrasound done. Very poor customer service.
Went for cortisol needles here at pureform with Dr. Larson & Wow! He is pretty great,! emphatetic seems to love his job he explained what & how procedure will go & made my husband extremely comfortable and needle was a success. Thank you dr Larson.
I only use Pureform Radiology for all my imagistic investigations. They’re really professional, all of them, the staff, the technicians, and the physicians. Every time I have had a great experience. Pureform is definitely the best in Calgary for medical imagistic investigations. Highly recommended.
This morning I brought my 2 year old daughter for her X-ray and will definitely return to this location. All the staff from receptionists to the technicians, literally ALL of the people in there were incredibly nice and friendly. Especially for the little kid, they made my daughter comfortable and happy with this experience and I really appreciated it. She put the Tinker Bell sticker on her t-shirt all day through and didn't let me take it off!!
Been going to Pureform 130th Ave SE, Calgary for over 10 years, Could not ask for a better group of people to help you . Enza, Tammy, Wendy, Shannon, Lorette, Jerome & Nik - rated #1 in my books. Nov. 28, 2022: Thanks so much to Jeff, the ultrasound technician. He is very knowledgeable and focused in performing the best study possible on the patient. Today I was very impressed with his job on my left shoulder, and he's very polite and considerate. Thanks again! Thanks a lot to Dr. Jide Olubaniyi, he's the best of the best! I have had cortisone shots at different clinics around Calgary, but never got a great experience like I get with Dr. Jide Olubaniyi in Pureform Macleod. He has treated different spots in my joints, always so carefully and precisely, I never feel the needle or the solution in my tissues, never bleeding or even a sore spot, never disconfort after treatment but instead very quick, complete and long lasting pain relief and mobility improvement that last for many months. I highly recommend Dr. Olubaniyi! Also, his assistants are always great, super helpful and nice, same way are the ladies working at front desk. Only wished some patients had basic manners and wore a mask while waiting in a crowded front desk area, or at least refrained of loud talking, coughing or sniffing at other patients who also wait in the same small room. Wearing masks is clearly recommended by Pureform in all areas, but some patients are too gross to respect other people's health.
Arrived at 11:10 after GPS sent me downtown. Trip should have only taken 25 min the most from Airdrie according to GPS. I left at 10:05 am. traffic closure, no problem so I thought. So GPS took me downtown. I looked around, no idea where I was, phone line busy. No one helped. Went on my cell GPS Instead of TOM, it was another 10 min. away. I still had enough time. If the tomtom was correct I'd of been on time, plus traffic. They have a 10 min. late policy. Receptionist was busy with a patient, by the time I talked with her I was 15 min. late. Explained my situation. Receptionist said she had to look after someones paperwork 1st knowing I was already late. I didn't realize she hadn't started it yet, and I guess it would be out of procedure for her, also rude of me to expect some understanding. 20min late now, by the time the other receptionist adressed me. No idea why I didn't get her before, but she was trying to comfort a little kid. Receptionist overheard my conversation though. I knew that by the time this receptionist asked the doctors about my procedure, they'd say no. It's like missing a flight, not their fault. But No way a person should be cancelled because a receptionist ignores you though. Yes policy is policy, and I totally understand that. However would recommend anyone from out of town not bother. Go closer to home, it's worth the wait. Now I can't go back to work because my procedure wasn't done. Or leave 2 hours earlier. As a MOA at regular practices and Walk-In clinics I often took into account our many out of town patients. So do our doctors! We even juggled. And I am disappointed at not even a smile from the 1st receptionist, almost like I was being judged. Airdrie pureform reception and doctors are so friendly, and profesional. Not that reviews matter anyways. But in Airdrie, thumbs up! Others could take lessons from their bedside manners. Because they let us know, we matter.
Today I visited Pureform clinic on Macleod Trail for X-Ray/ Ultrasound of my knee. It was such a pleasant experience. My chiropractor recommended me Pureform, saying I can get in sooner than to the other clinics. Sure enough, when I called booking, the lady was very helpful. I was able to get it done the next day! Parking is free, a beautiful well designed spacious clinic on the second floor. Two nice ladies Shelly one of them at reception greeted me with smile, took my information, guided me through the process. The X-Ray and Ultrasound techs were kind and professional. I was in and out in 40 minutes. I had an exceptional experience, from that first booking phone call, walking to the clinic to the moment when I was done. Great atmosphere, awesome team and excellent patient care! Thank you very much and I will definitely recommend Pureform to my family and friends. Compliments to the staff!
I originally left a 5 star review because the ultrasound technicians and the doctor I spoke with in person were all amazing. The location is convenient, however after my appointment tomorrow I will not be returning. After my previous appointment, my results were sent to the wrong doctor. I called to have them sent to the correct doctor, and was told they were also sent to a doctor I have never seen before. This is a privacy breach and I will be speaking to a manager when I have a moment during office hours to call them. I wanted to forgive the error, but the clinic who received my results has now postponed my IVF transfer because of what they received. I am in my final weeks of my Hospital Unit Clerk certificate, and know just how big a mistake was made. Thanks for all the good experiences, but I won't be back. ----------------------------------- Original: I've been here for 4 scans now leading up to my IVF transfer. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. The ultrasound technicians, including the student they've had, are top notch and actually attempt to get to know you. I'm very happy to come here for my diagnostic needs.
I went for a routine mammogram and ultrasound today at the Pureform Macleod location. This is a day I don’t enjoy and causes me anxiety as I suffer from a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders the actual mammogram is the easy part. Renee the mammogram technician did her best to work fast and ensure that I was doing ok. The ultrasound technician was also very gentle, friendly and engaged in pleasant conversation. Everyone here is very nice and I will return for future appointments. Thank You!
