Dr. Lanre Olabamiji is the best family doctor I ever had. I wasn’t sold on having a male doctor, but he exceedingly modern, knowledgeable and great with women’s issues. He monitors my prescriptions, keeps an eye on my labs and is an immense help with new issues. His patient manner is also excellent, I always look forward to a visit. I would absolutely recommend him if you are looking for a doctor!
I visited pure care clinic Langley for a non-critical health concern and booked my appointment online the day before. The wait time was around 30 minutes, which is very reasonable compared to most walk-in clinics in BC. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I was seen by Dr. Joseph Omoragbe, who was warm, attentive, and highly professional. He prescribed medication, which I easily picked up from the nearby pharmacy.nOverall, it was a smooth and positive experience. I appreciate how efficiently this clinic operates, and I hope other walk-ins follow the same standard. Keep up the excellent work.
Best walk in clinic in town. I love how you can prebook appointments with lots of available time slots. The doctors are wonderful and the front desk staff has been amazing. They are kind and helpful and actually look at you when they are talking to you! A rare occurrence in my experience with doctor’s offices.
The doctors here are wonderful and highly skilled, which is why I continue to come back. However, my experience with some of the reception staff has been disappointing. On multiple visits, I have encountered rudeness and a lack of basic customer service, which made me feel unwelcome. I am not at all racist. The Caucasian staff were rude or have this entitlement and the Asian staff were polite and helpful.nnI understand that front-desk roles can be stressful, and I genuinely feel sympathy for anyone working in a job they may not enjoy. That said, patients should still be treated with courtesy and professionalism. If this role is a source of ongoing frustration, it may be worth considering a position that is a better fit, as attitudes at the front desk strongly affect the overall patient experience.nnI truly appreciate the doctors and the care they provide, and I hope the front-desk experience can better reflect the same level of respect and compassion.
I am truly grateful to have found Pure Care Medical Clinic. Nicole, Megan, and Jolene provide the absolute best first point of contact I’ve ever experienced at a walk-in.
