The food was really flavourful, great if you like Indian Punjabi vegetarian food. Small restaurant with few seats. Highly recommend their daily specials. Naan was always perfectly cooked here and always my favourite. Definitely will go back again, lots of good sweets available here. Always busy with take out customers. If you’re looking for North Indian vegetarian food this is the correct place. Lots of parking available. And rates are not bad and good customer service too.
Had a little good news, thought should celebrate with traditional Indian sweet dish style. They have Variety in Huge Variety in sweet dish too, mostly just have in the main course menu. This place is neat, clean and very well organized. Called in the store before visiting and the person who picked up was respectful and polite. Took two mints to explain the menu and I appreciate that. Someone recommended me this place. I got Rasgulla's.. Laddu's and Jalebi's. It's was good. Rasgulla's didn't seemed freshly made...they seemed and tasted like two days old...but .. Jalbi was amazing....crispy. Not too sweet.. The packing is too good, safe and secure. I'll go with 4/5.
I bought Samosa. They mentioned it as fresh made. While eating we figured it as spoiled. When checking with counter, it came to know that it was frozen Samosa. Don’t know how many days but the attached photo will show you the quality. Couple other service related issues. 1. Packing 6 Samosas in small paper bag.. 2. When they returned money for the spoiled samosa, they debited it again
Worst service ever , the servers even don’t care to take orders , it took 10 minutes to take order and 45 minutes to prepare order , just a suggestion if food will take time to prepare inform the customer so we can decide to stay or not ? Taste was ok but need to work on customer service
Today, i had ordered on uber. My order was for Chana masala, bhatura, Rasmalai and samosa. I have tried chana masala and bhatura only, both things were not good at all, bhatura were not fresh, so hard to chew it. It was neither crispy nor soft, but hard to chew. I had put a note to make chana masala double spicy, but i got it mild. When i called in the restaurant to tell about it, then the employee was very rude, she did not accept anything or did not even say sorry but kept saying our manager will talk to you. She was argumenting that , we have never had any complaints about these orders and so many things. Really disappointed from food quality and customer service.
Most authentic Indian food I've eaten in London, Ontario. The food is simply delicious and super affordable. Weather you choose to dine in or even decide to get take out, food tastes super fresh. It's prices are really great for the quantity they serve and always puts me in a food coma right after which I don't regret. The service is pretty fast as well and the place is well maintained. If you're looking for a quick bite and nothing too fancy then this is your place
This restaurant never disappoints. There food is full of flavor and there prices are good as well. Whenever I am in london, I always stops by at this restaurant.
poor customer service..I just went to buy some sweets and the lady there behaved rudely..Before buying a pound of sweet i wanted to taste it and she gave me half of laddu..and didnt seem nice..i was willing to pay for the sample as well….The sweets were good though..
So today we decided we wanted 'desi'/traditional breakfast of puri cholay and yoghurt lassi and we ended up at Punjabi Rasoi. Clean place. Lots of to eat. Love their menu. Lassi is authentic Punjabi lassi. It was delicious. The puri and cholay were amazing too. Reasonable prices. Will be coming back again. Totally recommended if you are looking for authentic Punjabi food. The staff is pretty sweet and very welcoming. Free parking as well. Enjoyed my breakfast a great deal.
We ate in to sample the food, we liked it so much that we ordered for our next family function. Highly recommend
