Great customer service! I accidentally paid my bill twice online and when I called the pud office I talked to a lady named Shelby who was super nice and got everything straightened out for me super quick. Very nice and great customer service skills. You should give her a raise.

I cannot seem to get the website to work. Month after month and year after year, there are little glitches with the system. Having complained via email in the past I was assured the updated website will be easier to navigate. Latest issue? You need Firefox or Chrome to be able to pay your bill in the updated website. Guess what? I only use Firefox and Chrome and was unable to pay my bill or update the meter reading with either browser. Yet another fail. Can we get another local electric company with a better website? My severe panic disorder prevents me from using the phone and they've removed email contact info on their website in order for me to get resolution for this issue. I don't think I could be unhappier with this service, KlickPUD. I'll be awaiting your response to my letter via US mail, since you leave me no other way to contact you and if you call my house, it will cause panic. WHY ISN'T THERE EMAIL CONTACT INFO FOR A SUPERVISOR OR SOMEONE AT YOUR WEBSITE? SHAME.
