Puccini's Deli

Puccini’s Deli is a great Italian store with great service and unique products. The staff are friendly and generous, it feels like I’m in my own store. I did go to Puccini several times and the experience has been consistent, the panini sandwich’s are great and the cappuccino is also great. Nice work

The sandwiches were so amazing, I got 2. I ordered a coffee while I waited for my sandwich and they hand delivered it to me while I was browsing pasta in the isle. It even came with a lemon cookie. What a treat! Exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Growing up in an Italian centric neighbourhood, I really wanted to love this place. In terms of a store and deli, you have a large selection of all things Italian from olives, to pastas, to cheeses to meats. The selection is incredible, composed of mostly high quality items. The coffee was excellent, with a good level of robustness and flavour in each sip. Espresso shots are extracted correctly, and the machines seems to be calibrated correctly. Unfortunately, when it came to the sandwiches/paninis, I was left wanting more. These are piled with meat, incredibly tasty meat, but that's about it. The ciabatta was soft and chewy with a satisfying crunch. However, I just wanted the flavours to come through more. On paper, the potential of these sandwiches paired with the quality of the ingredients is high. Sadly, they fell short of my expectations. Additionally, when I ordered a latte, I was given a cappuccino. It was not busy at the time either. The iced coffee was done very well. And the customer service when it came to order the other items was attentive and friendly. As a result, I can recommend the coffee, and the deli overall, but not the paninis.

Amazing selection of quality Italian foods! They import their frozen desserts from Italy hence the elevated price. Got the tiramisu and panini, which was amazing. Try the Don if you’re craving a hearty lunch! The porchetta is amazing. Although half of the panini was enough due to the heaviness

Absolutely PHENOMENAL staff and such a warm welcome. I came in with two generations of my family and the service was out of this world. I immediately felt welcomed and part of their family, too. They even offered us complimentary coffee on our way out. I’ve never experienced that kind of care and generosity before. I’m half Persian, half Italian and I will only come support Puccinini’s Deli for their outstanding selection of food/deli meats and service. Thank you so much!

This place is so good! My fiance and I stopped in the other day and each loved our panini sandwiches. Perfect. The owner was there with his family and could not of been nicer, really nice spot and great to have a small taste of an authentic Italian deli. Reminds me of the best ones I had growing up in New Jersey :

Excellent service and product. Wow! Could spend a while looking around this store, so many unique products. Their catering boards/platters are next level. And the staff are so friendly and helpful. Last time they made me cappuccino while I was looking around. Very nice touch! They’ve nailed both the products and service. Would highly recommend.

I don't often write reviews but Puccini's is truly special store and I felt I should share a bit. The service is really what set's this establishment apart; I've been coming here for well over a decade now and the service has always been top notch. Lino and Maria are just wonderful people and their staff don't fall short - always taking the time to give an education on the the cheese or the meat or whatever you may be looking for. The passion and the knowledge from this family business really shine whenever I visit.

If you want to get something tasty and good quality. This is the spot. Sandwiches are delicious, coffee aswell. Deli selection is pretty wide and reasonably priced. Excellent service with very friendly attitude. Will keep coming back.

Had a weird experience there. Food was good but the main lady was micro managing her entire staff. She wouldn’t let us pay while we waited and then my husband ordered a coffee but she also made him wait to get that made so we waited 20+ min without even coffee to enjoy. Also the guy making the sandwiches pants were falling down and we could see his crack… It was sort of an uncomfortable service environment
