I recall I first started using Public Storage in 1998. I’ve used multiple units at Public Storage from very large, 10’ and a smaller unit. All fit my needs and were available at hours that fit my needs. Safe, convenient and accessible are all important to me. The staff have always been friendly, professional and most important they were knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend using Public Storage at the North end of Iron Workers on Dollarton HWY.
Great storage facility with great staff. Had my stuff stored there for 4-5 months after I had moved from Ontario. The space allowed to pull in an 18 wheeler and unload stuff and get it to our storage unit. Also were quick to reach out to me the time I forgot to lock my storage unit. Definitely recommend them and would use them again
Friendly and helpful on-site managers got me set up with a storage locker very quickly. Well maintained property and buildings. I love being able to drive my car right to the front door of my building, use the provided and take the elevator up to my locker. I shopped around for a competitive price, and the current promotion made Public Storage North Van a great deal. Thanks for temporarily looking after my stuff!
Great place to store your gear, easy to access, peeps are friendly. No issues at all. I failed to lock my locker properly awhile ago and they called me immediately to let me know. Security is good :. Highly recommend.
Came to view a locker last Sunday afternoon and staff was very kind and helpful. Ended up finding storage through a family member but would've used this company. They have great promotions too.

Moving can be an incredibly stressful time but working with Public Storage was fast, easy, affordable, and relieved loads of pressure.
Clean bathrooms at all times of the day, and genuinely helpful staff. My only complaint is that fellow patrons are starting to get into the habit of abandoning the complimentary dollies on upper floors of the buildings instead of returning them to the designated areas for everyone to benefit from them.
I had the best ever experience today when I met this two gentleman Steve and Blair at Public Storage in North Vancouver. They have been so helpful, kind, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for your excellent service Steve and Blair!
