I needed to set up a storage unit last second today. The website made it easy to start the process, and Shy finished everything up on site. Shy was very helpful and friendly when I came in to view the unit, and I was set up with the perfect sized space less than an hour after I applied online. I would definitely come back to this location again for future storage needs.

Ian and all the staff provided friendly professional service. The unit I rented was clean and secure. I had to make a lot of trips to my unit. Staff frequently walked the grounds, checking locks, picking up litter or answering questions. It made me feel my items (and myself) were safe because staff knew their tenants.

Ive been renting from this place for approximately 1year. I was under the impression that i was welcomed. I was even asked by the staff to keep an eye out for anything suspicious. I recently lost my apartment and fell on some hard times. I had been trying to get things back on track. Ive been watched,monitored,told i couldn't be in my paid for space during business hours at times. I have been kicked while i was down. I was also asked to leave at the end of the month for no good cause. I have never had any occurrences or otherwise. I don't understand the cruelty...
