No one ever returns your phone calls. Never experienced that in ON. Gov agency that does not call back. Unheard of. When I worked for the gov it was expected that phone calls were returned the same day no matter how many calls. When I worked in IT 2-300 emails a day was the norm. What's wrong with this picture. Wake up and join the productivity of the rest of the planet. Not to be in a rush, just do your job the best you can. So what's the reason phone calls were not returned 4 placed and one nice young lady called back. Bravo girl. Thanks. Ch
