i love dr max hes amazing took 3 wisdom teeth out i dont remember a thing and very little pain and swelling! and the front desk ladies are a delight ! they sent off all my medication straight to my pharmacy to get picked up right after my surgery. highly recommended if you need oral surgery

Dr.Pynn was amazing I have nothing bad to say about him. However the one receptionist who I spoke with on the phone had a bit of an attitude. The way she spoke was very unprofessional," first of all who is this." Instead of this approach you could have used,"who am I speaking with?" Second, I was on hold for 10 mins maybe longer . Yes, you get busy and I understand that but my time is just as important as yours. To be on hold for 10 mins while your searching for my name/file. Then I'm asking questions and get told to hold again as someone else answered the phone .. I'm sorry but there are a lot of people who would love to have your position and be passionate about their job. Yeah we all have bad days but as I read other comments about the receptionists maybe it's time to re-evaluate the staff.

Dr. Azais assured me that he would cause no pain and would help me over come my long lifetime fear of "the dentist". He is a man of his word, 10/10, thanks Dr.Max and all the friendly staff..bravo!
