Psychological Associates: Van Gilder Taryn S PHD

Went to schedule for new clients and the lady that answered didn't even know if they do couples counseling. Then I asked if I can schedule an appointment she said she doesn't know where her schedule book is at and that she has to call me back? What? Isn't that your job? To know who you work for and what they all do? And wouldnt you have your schedule with you at all times for when people call in to schedule appointments? I'm not scheduling anything as they are shady.... Would Not recommend

Only care about the money you are going to pay them. Its unfortunate. The practice has grown over the years. Also FYI if you try to leave them a negative review they spend money on trying to make your reviews disappear.
