If there was a "No Star" option, that is exactly what I would be rating. Out of the seven or eight times that I have been to Pseudio (only actually purchased something twice) I have NEVER had a good experience. The staff is beyond stuck up. They will judge, belittle and laugh at you with fellow coworkers. I have seen them do it to many customers. why be in customer service if you can't have respect for customers? One of my trips to Pseudio; with my ex boyfriends little sister (who is very very tall) resulted in us leaving and her in tears. The minute we walked in the door they looked my friend up and down, gave disgusted looks then began laughing at her amongst themselves. I shouldn't have to escort my friend out of the store while she is in tears just because those who work there can't be respectful to their customers/potential customers
