Dr. Wagner explained the procedure and answered my questions fully. Also, the procedure went smoothly.nnAlso, the staff in general were very nice and helpful.nnJust be aware that with surgical extraction you could have a week or two of mild or severe discomfort so make sure to plan accordingly
Listen up folks, don't believe everything you read in reviews. Read some bad reviews before I went and boy were they wrong, caused unnecessary anxiety. Dr. Ward and his staff were the most competent and compassionate I've ever experienced. Had 14 teeth pulled did a beautiful job, even called the next day to check on me. Thank you so much.
Wisdom teeth removal is never a fun thing to go through but the staff did a great job.nnThe admins, nurses and doctors were all very helpful and courteous.
I got all 4 of my Wisdon teeth removed this morning by Dr Wagner. He was so very welcoming, nice and professional I was extremely nervous as I hate surgeries but he along with the nurse I believe her name was Lauren or Laura I really hope I'm right eased my nerves and it was a smooth procedure. I expressed my concerns and fears going into the surgery and they took time explain how it would happen tonease my fears. Thank you both so much
Took my husband in a couple of weeks ago. We live about 6 hours out round trip. When we got there it was about an hour behind which was no big deal. Things happens and dental surgery takes longer sometimes. Hubs took less than 20 minutes and we were on the way home pretty quick. Very professional environment, friendly and patient and team you have here. Respectfully, I hope I never have to see you guys again for anxiety’s sake lol. But if we ever need any work done this is for sure the first place I will be asking for!
