Great place to take care of traffic tickets and small fines without having to go downtown to the main courthouse. Very friendly staff are always working here, must make some pretty good cash to be smiling all the time for the amount of bulls!$t they must put up with, being verbally abused on a daily basis is a hard thing for most people to put up with 'day in and day out'.

I found the staff at the desk very professional. The LPS officer was not.

The staff was kind & polite. The officer who pulled me over was very kind and professional. No body enjoys being pulled over by the police or ticketed, especially when they do their very best to be kind, courteous, & careful on the road. I have a dashcam & catch careless drivers nearly causing collisions daily. I was avoiding a car beside me hitting me because he was texting and driving and not looking, while swerving into my lane when I got pulled over for speeding up to avoid the collision, hitting my breaks only would have allowed him to t-bone me or run me off the road. My conscious awareness allowed me to maneuver "theoretically safely" out of the way". Sadly the person who should have been pulled over, got away! An unfortunate & unfair situation for me. I had a perfect record for 10 years, it's not pleasant to lose that. However the police are just doing their job, I am thankful for our police force & the integrity they uphold. We are blessed to live in Canada & have people that wear the badge with honour & respect.

The staff in the ticket windows here are miserable. There is an older grey haired woman who appears to hate her job. She eyed me up the entire time I was in line, seemed to disprove of my pregnancy as she shook her head and gave me dirty looks. (I'm married thank you and not as young as I may look!) When I finally got to her she tried to tell me I would loose of I tried to fight the ticket and refused to process my forms! Told me I had to get back in line and wait for the next woman on shift if I wanted the paperwork to be processed! I went in the following week to get my update and another woman was there. I was smiling brightly and told her to have a great day. And nothing but a cold stare. Honestly not everyone who gets a traffic ticket is a hardened criminal! We're obviously embarrassed/nervous to be in there to begin with, the last thing the majority of us needs is rude treatment!
