Awesome place to get new keys made, see all the new technological wonders on how to keep ones home safe through entry and exit methods of getting into ones home. Place is well cleaned and the layout is awesome. Friendly owner as well. This has been a business down here in London East that has survived for a long time and I do not think it is going anywhere anytime soon. Awesome Locksmiths shop! Fantastic service. The guy that came to change our locks was very professional and did an excellent job. He took the extra step to tighten the handles, and align all the locks so that they close smoothly. Very very much appreciated.

Poor accountability and not trustworthy. The worker that came to fix our lock problem said he had to go back to the shop for more parts. Left for almost 1 hour, but came back and wanted to charge us for the time he was at the shop where he claimed he was 'working on the lock'. Would definitely NOT recommend for any large job. Key cutting price is reasonable if that's all you need, but watch out for added expenses for anything else.. Best choice would be to contact another provider.

Had a few locks changed on a new house. Very friendly guy, quick and did a great job, even went the extra mile and adjusted the door so it opens and closes easier.
