EXTREMELY poor public service. Always long line ups and wait times. 17 wickets and only 6-7 agents attending to the public needs. Prosecutors finish their duties before the posted times. I was told I can come until 2pm but at the wicket the woman crossed it off and said its only 12pm. They have posts every where for Zero tolerance verbal or physical abuse but they treat you with NO RESPECT OR DIGNITY.

Waited two to three hours to get my ticket reduced... The cashiers and the crown are all rude

Not that I'm happy about appearing in traffic court but, I felt I needed to just on principle. Yes, the lineups were long but every person I encountered including the security staff, the prosecutor, the judge the court recorder and the cashier were all friendly. Even the court recorder and cashier recognized and greeted me following the trial and wished me a great day. I found the prosecutor to be quite personable as well during one the court recesses. Although, I disagree with the charges and outcome of my trial, the people I dealt with were great.

Extremely disappointed in how the crown handled my ticket today. She gave me no chance to explain my case or why I was hoping for more reductions. Felt like I was treated just like garbage. Unfortunate - the rest of the staff were fine though.
