This store is bigger than in chicoutimi North. Has more stuff plus cloths. This is a plus. I already am a regular maxi customer in chicoutimi north. Maybe I'll try this one for a while. I don't have to worry about good service. It's always service with a smile here. Still the best...
Huge and absolutely clean and good looking
This Provigo has a very nice selection of fruits and vegetables. They always stay fresh longer than other places, organic or not. Decent size store with lots of fresh meats and fish. They have all your basic food needs and a very nice organic or vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free section. I'm never disappointed when I go there, and the cashiers are always supper happy and helpful!
Food is cheaper than Walmart sometimes, sometimes not so you'll have to compare to make savings
The new Maxi that replaced Provigo is providing almost all the varieties that Provigo used to provide. It's more accessible to the people living close to centre-ville
