We absolutely love Dr. Newcombe. I only give a three star review because of the office staff. They are extremely rude and I don't deserve eye rolls while trying to schedule our next appointment.
The staff is friendly and caring. The doctors really listen to your concerns and questions. They treat the parents as partners in your child's care. I love getting advice from the nurse over the phone, and they are always accommodating if we need an appointment for a sick kid.
Excellent care and a well organized practice. Dr Levy and Dr Patenaude stand out for their direct, no nonsense parental advice. Don’t expect cuddles but you will get sound health care advice for your little ones.
They have very short wait times and make things easy for scheduling. I also appreciate the separate waiting rooms for sick and well visits.
We’ve been going to this office for the past 6+ years. We’ve seen most if not all of the physicians and have been very happy with the care my children have received. Our normal pediatrician is Dr. Kendall. She’s wonderful!
We have been going here almost 3 years. Always have been able to get in same day for urgent matters. They have a separate phone line to a nurse so we are able to get immediate answers to our questions. Staff is nice and the doctors we've seen have been great!
