A good drive through spot. Vegan bagels are excellent. You can’t even tell they’re vegan! Restroom inside. Plenty of seating as well. Our order was ready nice and quick. No complaints
My best friend at work bought me a pumpkin pretzel bagel with cream cheese. It was very good with a good balance between savory and sweet. The bagel was toasted well and had good texture, flavor and cream cheese to dough ratio. I think the chew dynamics are above average for this region of the United States. Will be back!
One word used to describe.... YUM !!!! My husband and I were on a road trip heading back home. Our go to breakfast; is trying out bagel places we haven't gone to before. The bagels were FULL of meat and eggs, the Bacon was actually cooked not microwaved and wiggly like most places. We will be going back for sure! Thanks guys for the awesome breakfast!!
Great bagels. Great coffee. Friendly staff. I wish they were less busy and had longer hours. Also. There is very little seating. Don't hangout here.
The only thing saving this place from being a 1 star is that their food is pretty good. The service though, could not be worse. I've been to this location a few time and discovered, If order in store, you're waiting minimum 20 minutes for them to reheat a premade bagel, premade egg, meat, and a slice of cheese, and if you want more then 1 sandwich, 30+. Then I went to call in my order as to not wait in the store for so long, and I was told that they don't take phone orders on the weekendit's Friday? And that I should order online or on an app which has upcharges and service charges. I've been going back hoping that they would do better, but I've been disappointed Everytime. This is the final nail in the coffin though, I won't be going back to this location again.
Really good bagels haven’t been in Providence for a while but this was a great utilization of this building. The staff are friendly and informative. The prices are a little steep for breakfast sandwiches but the quality is there so I cant be mad. The drive-thru needs work though, that tight turn to try and get out when the parking lot is busy is an absolute disaster but that’s my only complaint about the place.
The staff is so kind and sweet, I would smooch each of their foreheads, they work so hard and do the best they can every day. They don't get tipped enough, they make the best bagels, sandwiches, and pastries I've seen at a fast food place. Their eggs are made fresh, I hope everyone gives them a shot. Tho a warning the plain cream cheese has pepper in it.
Excellent location! During the height of covid I started going to this location instead of my regular DD. They always had my order complete, correct, and ready and waiting for me by the time I arrived. Even when we could return to in store service, the people inside were very friendly and efficient. Only downside is it needs a better parking situation.
First things first. I'm originally from NY so it's always difficult to find a good bagel out of NY. When I tried Providence bagels I was incredulous happy, that I can enjoy bagels again. However I had bagels from two different locations this weekend and was disappointed. I'm not sure if you have changed suppliers, bakers or process. But the bagels were dense and chewy. I hope you guys correct this.
Their bagels are great and they have special bagels & cream cheese options every week which keeps things interesting. My family frequents Providence Bagel at least every two weeks but typically on a weekly basis and their sandwiches are great. I'm only giving 3 stars though because our order is often wrong and/or missing items we always order ahead. It's so common that my husband knows that he must fully check our bag prior to leaving as it's just part of the process unfortunately. We also have many issues with the special bagels/special cream cheeses not being on their app so we either don't spend the money trying them or order them in person when we pick up our online order which takes more time. Again, love the bagels & sandwiches and we go often but I don't think we would if we didn't live so close due to the issues we experience often.
