Great place to camp. On the lake. Small boats available. Nice beach . Lots of play areas for kids. Tennis, basketball, playground, showers etc.

Great city owned campground with sewer water & electricity. They don't have cable & due to the mountains television is hard to get. Closest tv station is Burlington vt 75 miles away & satilite works at some of the camping spots. If you scan your tv most the channels are north of the border (french stations). 
But otherwise nice little campground next to lake memphremagog.
