My husband always wanted a GM was a big fan of the vehicles. Needless to say to say not anymore!nI purchased a 2023 Colorado in June of 24 and once I signed the papers my sales rep Kyle was done with me. I called left messages or couldn’t because his mailbox was full never return a call.nI had to go back in for additional things I had purchased and was totally ignored by my rep. I had also purchased mud flaps and they apparently hadn’t came. So approximately 3months later I come to find out that they had been sold and had to reorder them. I had called the manager was told he was out left a message called again put on hold no answer left a message. This was over the course of 3 days. Then the customer service manager called “ oh I’ll take care of you … when I finally got in there they didn’t have a loaner ready for me it was freezing cold the service advisor went out to get mileage and gas and didn’t start the car that was basically on E said just put what you need in it. It was full of dog hair smelled disgusting and they didn’t care. Now I’ve called as my engine light is on and there is anew process drop it off between 8-3 and we will scan it. I work 8-430 asked for a loaner oh we can’t promise that. I had the BEST service ever from Superior Dodge- Ian Beatty and regret ever purchasing a General Motors product from Prouse. Such a horrible experience !
Staffs are amazing. We came for an oil change because it was due and we are driving from another province. The service manager was very accomodating and had us on our way in about an hour.
Buying a new vehicle isn’t easy. But having the help from Kyle and Brent made the whole process a lot easier. Very helpful and great customer Service!
Wouldn’t even give this company a star if I had the option 100% on the service side spent 100000 on truck at 20 k brought in for engine noise. They disabled the onboard brake wear sensors and said the brakes were worn….which they were not ..obviously , didn’t need to be changed till 50k later.nLying, manipulative and just plain shady. They take advantage of people to put a buck in their pocket. 85k 6.2l crank position sensor shut truck down. They say it’s a wire harness….then just needs an oil change which they made me pay forThen tell me it needs a new motor and I must have got the last batch of the 6.2 that blew up….and they did 6 of them this week already wtf. Service manager takes advantage and reminds me of pure snake service. Hello Dodge
