Proudfoots Storage Rentals

Lovey owners. They set my mind at ease when I had to store my belongings over the summer! Would definitely recommend!

Just don't. If you value your belongings don't store them here. We had our stuff there for 5 weeks only to loose all of the funiture to mold. We cleaned it and tried to save it. Frank proudfoot. Was informed and he said sorry, but didn't offer to help or pay for any of the cost. I know the contract says not responsible for loss or damages but when your ventilation isn't working and dampness is being drawn it would be the owner to insure that the room is in working order ? I contacted him to ask if he would consider giving us half of September rent back and he didn't even return our call. So we are out money and his only response was sorry. We have been told we weren't the first people so please please don't store your things there unless you don't care about it.
