Friendly and very helpful staff! Expert-level services, at amazing value. I brought a lock cylinder from a desk I've been restoring, and the gentlemen at ProTech had a new pair of keys made up expediently. The knowledgable locksmiths here are happy to answer any questions you might have, and can recommend and install all kinds of property securing devices, including safes. 10/10, will do business with them again.

For the Barrie area and North Tom is the guy when it comes to safes. I was looking for a "real" safe not a cheesy RSC to store my guns and Tom was the guy I found that actually understood what I required. I did a lot of research on safes at the time and discovered that very few safe manufacturers actually make a true gun safe that is built like a "valuables" safe. I went with AMSEC and purchased thru Tom...it wasn't cheap but the quality spoke for itself. Tom and Ken also delivered and managed to get the 1000 lb beast into my basement...and when it came time to get the safe back out after selling my house, they went well beyond what I should have expected. Great guys and honest...and the real deal. Its been a very good experience for me...straight shooting is a lost art these days and a lot of businesses could learn a thing or two from Tom in how to build a relationship.
