Met them at the homeshow; so I thought I'd call on them when needed. The final work was done excellently... but.. the end cost was about double the estimate despite detailed photos and info provided, and it took a long time to be scheduled from their standby list of residential jobs. My impressions are that they are not residential focused and there's poor communication from the company to each the customer and to the workmen.

The male named Scott is particularly rude over the phone.
