WOW the most rude lady behind the desk possible, Never even got to the look at my vehicle stage. I was in the building for less than 45 seconds in which I was yelled at and disrespected all for asking for a quote. Someone needs to retire

The guy that helped me was knowledgeable. The wait to get in was long but by far better quality work than anywhere else in town. He even fixed a couple extra dents in my tail gate for free!

Being in a collision sucks, but not only did Ralph and his staff make my truck look pretty again, but he also helped me through the claims process. I am very thankful that he took the extra time to help me. Definitely a 5 star experience! =)

Ralph went above and beyond. His mother, the receptionist, was also really kind. They made my vehicle good as new, after being rear ended... and then he detailed my car for me! In addition, one of my fluid levels was low and I thought it had something to do with the accident.... it didn't, but he topped me up anyway. Wonderful service, great attention to detail. Thank you Ralph and crew for a job well done!
