Although my experience with the claims department is only beginning, I am confident that my claim will be handled with the utmost professionalism and that my vehicle will be repaired to my complete satisfaction.
I am not satisfied with the service I received regarding my claim. My accident happened on Nov 15 while exiting basement parking. The automatic gate blocks visibility outside, and another driver was stopped directly in front of my car, contributing to the accident.nYour agent assigned full fault to me, and I am being charged the full $1000 deductible, which I find unfair.nAdditionally, my car has been at the dealership for repairs since Jan 19, and I still have not received it. The claim investigation felt one-sided and did not consider all factors.nI hope future claims are handled with a more balanced and fair review process.n– Satveer Singh
