Professional Valet Service LLC

Where did they get these valets? It's almost like they dressed up some homeless people. I did not feel good about leaving my car with them. So I didn't.

I used this valet at the Hilton Double Tree in downtown Detroit. I handed them the brand new electronic key fob for my car and received it broken off the chain and the key inside missing. Of course the management denied responsibility and it cost me $200!! Yet, they claim it must have fallen apart by itself. The car is brand new and the dealership says that never happens. Save yourself some time and money and avoid this company entirely.

If I could give these people a 0 I would. I dined in at Santorini restaurant a few months ago. I Used valet to park my brand new 2015 Audi A6. I pulled up in a brand new car with no damage and left with a HUGE dent in my rear bumper. I saw the damage as soon as valet pulled it up. They denied it of course. I reached out to the owner Nick Aubrey and he was just as ignorant and rude as his employees. Horrible customer service. Luckily I manage a car dealership and with all my connects was able to get the damage fixed for free. I didn't want to have to make a insurance claim and of course have my rates increase. A simple apology would have been nice. These people nor the ignorant owner Nick ever apologized and flat out lied about crashing my vehicle. Do not leave your car with these degenerates.

I'm not sure how they screen their workers, they do a poor job at it. I've used their service on deferent accessions and at different locations and every time their was damage to my vehicle. Poor service and denied that the damage was caused by them.
