I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care we received at Generation fertility. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were treated with the utmost compassion and professionalism. The entire team, from the receptionists to the medical staff, went above and beyond to ensure we felt supported and informed every step of the way.nnThe clinic's state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology gave us confidence that we were in the best hands possible. Dr. Hartman and his team provided personalized treatment plans tailored to our specific needs, and their expertise and dedication were evident throughout our journey.nnWhat truly sets Generation fertility apart is their genuine care and empathy. They understood the emotional challenges that come with fertility treatments and offered unwavering support, making us feel like family. Thanks to their efforts, we are now expecting our little miracle, and we couldn't be happier.nnWe highly recommend Generation fertility to anyone seeking fertility care. Their combination of professionalism, advanced technology, and heartfelt compassion make them the best choice for anyone on this journey.nnThank you, Dr. Hartman & his team for making our dreams come true!
I am so happy that I found generation Fertility clinic,nI was treated at another clinic in the past for two years without success in conceiving unfortunately.nBut when I arrived to generation Fertility , I did my first IVF treatment that was done by doctor Hartman that was amazingnand, God willing, I got pregnant.nThe attitude of the nurses and the entire staff is simply wonderful, they are understanding, accommodating and attentive. Of course flexible in times which is very important because I work full timennThanks a lot
Generation Fertility clinic was recommended to me by my OBGYN. When she gave me the name of the clinic, I started to search and read about the reviews. I was amazed by the staffs in this clinic as they are very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The clinic is also very organized and clean. I’m happy with my experience so far. Definitely recommend going here.
This is an amazing clinic. Tha k you Dr. Abraham, you are trying hard for me. I appreciate it. I also commend Myrna and Lina. They are by far, the best...ever. I ha e to have my blood drawn frequently and when I get Myrna or Lina, my anxiety is calmed. I hate needles. They are done before I can even react. Generation Fertility is very fortunate to have the best phlebotomists. I must also say that every nurse, and I have had experience with all of them...they are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable... prompt. Thank you all. Thank you Aliza for wiping my tears. I am so grateful for you. The ultrasound techs are also amazing, Ocie, you have been my therapist at times and I appreciate you so much. All of you are fantastic. I keep recommending everyone to this clinic. Dr.Lai, Dr. Hartman, Dr. Gurau.....amazing!!! Thank you Generation Fertility. I know you are all working hard to make my dreams come true!
I had a really poor experience at this clinic.nnMost of the staff are very kind, I think the issue here is about clarity in instructions.nnFirst, my appointment is booked without so much as a phone call or anything to confirm the time and day. Luckily I’m off Fridays but not everyone is free at the drop of a hat so a call to confirm would be nice.nnI get there and I’m told I need to do the AMH test, which is honestly no problem but I’d already done one 2 weeks ago, so I let the nurse at the front desk know and she advised me to send the bloodwork via email - done!nnI was still a bit worried  that maybe they didn’t get my email and wanted to confirm that it was received and good enough.nnApparently my question about the AMH test was extremely frustrating, because I was told by someone who appeared pretty agitated with me  that I would still need to do bloodwork even if it wasn’t for that particular test. Not a problem! I was just worried about the AMH test, I didn’t realize my question would be the straw that broke someone’s back, my bad.nnThen I’m told I don’t need to do a urine sample so I could empty my bladder, but then I’m told I do need to do one and I now need to pee in a cup. Luckily for me I had drunk enough water to fill a river.nnThen I’m told to wait in the waiting area for a nurse to come get me for my results, but a nurse calls me on the phone instead and asks if I’d like the results over the phone why would I be sitting in your waiting area for a phone call?.nnWhile in the waiting area I get an email confirming my second appointment, but the nurse who comes to get me says I’ll have to wait for my results before confirming  the second appointment.nnSo wait…. this last conversation with a nurse isn’t about my results? and that email confirming my second appointment isn’t actually confirming my second appointment?nnLook I’m not always the brightest bulb in the chandelier so it’s totally possible that I just annoyed one of your staff members because I was confused about instructions that are easily understood by others. But it’s also possible that the instructions given contradict each other and there needs to be better communication/understanding about the process so that expectations can be clearly communicated to patients.
