Be very careful when you use this guy to do any work for you he came out gave me a quote to do some work for us which I accepted when he finished job his final price was way higher than his quote when I questioned him he gave me the answer that it was an estimate only and that's the way it is ,so I paid him and away he went vowing to myself to never use him again. But a few month later we needed more work done so I contracted another company to do it when they came out they pointed out the shoddy workmanship previous guy had done and said no way it would of passed inspection I did some research and found out prolight charged me for a permit but city said no permit was opened for job needless to say I had to redo his work and make it up to code be careful if you use him and do your due diligence he is what gives small contractors a bad name
