Rude , poor customer service.nI called the reception, asked for a walking in appointement and different options for my issues. Somehow i got immediatly transfered to some busy CPA. I got talked down 3 time in the stance of 2 minute dissmisively . I insited a couple time on some sens of direction to work my issues and gather info to have a basic sens of direction , to further the process with team. Felt like prying an arm but i got some quick and basic answer.
