I was down in PEC for a weekend visit and my Ford had an unexpected issue that needed to be fixed ASAP. No other shops were open at the time, and I called these guys with 15 minutes left until they closed. They were SO FRIENDLY and took my car in right away and completed the quick fix, even when they were just about to close. I appreciated it so much and it saved our weekend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
This crew is TOP notch! I stopped in on a whim to see if they had any trucks, and found the exact truck I was looking for, which happened to be the only used truck they had in inventory. All around fantastic. Lets face it, buying a vehicle takes most of us right out of our comfort zones. The idea that the dealership is there to screw you never quite stops bouncing around in the back of your head. Lorne and Josh got that idea out of my head in record time. Negotiation was fast, fair and I got a great vehicle at a very fair price. The admin was a breeze, forms and applications were well organized and signing went fast. ALL my questions were answered, costs were clear, they had no issues with my three test drives of the same vehicle. In fact I test drove 3 different cars before I settled on my Escape. Always smiling, always easy going. And this one is a big one for me. NEVER afraid to look you in the eye. Highly recommended.

We had some major car issues on our recent visit to Princeton Edward County. I have a Hyundai, but had no choice but to pull into Prinzen Ford for repairs. Steve was fantastic, he sourced the parts for me and provided a loaner car. The customer service couldn't have been better. He saved our holiday and will always have my gratitude. Well done!!
