I had to get my passport photos done quickly. Walked into this place and got my photos and paid in 5 min. Accepted by the passport office without any issues. Price is reasonable too, $12 plus tax. Highly recommend it for passport photos.
These guys have little or no concept of customer service. I had inadvertently printed two pages on Microsoft Word where upon entering the Return key the page had skipped to the second page and instead of 40 copies which I had intended for I had printed 80 copies where every second page was blank. I understand this was my mistake however they could have dropped the price a little. Their explanation was Xerox charges them based on some kind of metering system. Definitely experienced poor customer service at this location. They clearly do not have a good understanding of customer service.
My son had his passport photo taken in this place Print2Go. Service Canada would not accept the photo as the stamp on the back is not readible. When we went back to Print2Go, they re print the photo the second time but blamed us and said we must have put the stamp side together and that is why is not readible. Went back to Service Canada the second time with the re print photo only to be told the stamp on the back of the photo is still not readible. Save your self time and money and go somewhere else for passport photo please and thanks.
This place is run by unprofessional employee. 7 Days back i took a PIC for my mom's PR application. The pic is to be uploaded on the IRCC website. when I tried to upload it then the photo is not as per specification. Also when i called the staff they said that they dont know what to do. Its really unprofessional place
Good quality photos for PR Renewal. However, the stamp they used in the back of the photo is poor quality. Letters smeared everywhere. Need improvement. This happened many time at this location.
1 is the lowest star I can possible give and that’s not even deserved here. The most unprofessional, incompetent group of people I’ve ever encountered. Charged me an arm and leg for photos that aren’t even near usable for the exact use I specified in my email, which nobody ready for 2.5 weeks and will not refund my money. Save your money and go somewhere, anyone else that will listen to a customers request.

Its a big scam i went there to get passport pictures and they want to over charge me 190$ Went to Walmart got them for 5$ hahah stay away
Got pictures taken for visa. The physical copies were fine but the digital copy was of very low quality and pixelated. The website wasn't accepting the digital picture at all.
Amazing service. Took in our 1 year old and 2 month old children for passport photos - it’s hard enough getting them to do anything let alone sit/lay still to get a photo. The staff stayed calm and got the shots required. The after service was outstanding also!! When I was uploading the photos digitally the government website gave me multiple issues. I contacted print2go and without question they changed the sizing and increased the pixels instantly, making it seamless for me to upload and get my passports ordered quickly Thank you for your great customer service.
