Impressive! It's bigger than it looks, well curated, with a surprising range of artefacts. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and were happy to help me with specific questions :
Helpful staff, excellent exhibits which include a wonderful display of paintings by the local artist, Wilfred Freeman.
Well worth the recommended $5 entrance. Some interesting stories and pieces. Conquistadors in the similkameen? Granite city disappeared but the bar didn't. Go find out!
Very good set up, friendly staff! I would have appreciated a bit more for purchase, possibly some rocks or shot glasses. But great otherwise, definitely check it out!
Fantastic place with lots of interesting finds, including a completely intact log cabin from the mid 1800s!
Very informative!
Loveliest little museum I’ve ever visited. So thankful for Marjorie’s and her fellow volunteers’ wealth of information and incredible kindness. It’s so beautifully put together with impeccably detailed and intricately personalized artifacts.
