Was very excited to go to princess auto I used to go a lot and had not been in years. The store looked great, great items. Then the customer service was horrible. I wanted something off a higher shelf. One person sent me to another then he said you had to go to cash and ask someone to get it. Then sent back to dept with manager to get it down yet there was at least 6 people working in the section that didn’t help me. You should not have to talk to 4 employees and walk back and forth. Then had to wait for another item they had listed in stock online but they could not find. Poor customer service.
The customer service was excellent when I went to buy a galvanized chain lock for a job. Akul and John were very helpful and quick to cut down the chains that I needed for a project that we needed to complete ASAP. Overall, it was a very good experience.
Sold me Tube for Tire that doesn’t fit my wheel. I’m not going back to return it as it takes me 40 minutes each direction plus the 20 bucks tube. The loss of time and money. Thank you guys. Hope you train your workers.
