Very frustrating shopping experience. The volume of items without a price tags is significant and appears to be getting worse. Staff are not very friendly and are more focused on shuffling stock around rather than helping customers. This location has really gone downhill. Poorly managed location.
One cashier refused to give me a Princess auto sign - said I had to donate. Manager had to approve giving me a sign with my substantial purchase! Flyer said sign with every purchase! Lost opportunity to create goodwill and invaluable free advertising with the Princess Auto sign. Cashiers need extensive training in customer service!
Bought 4 torches non of the triggers worked so I exchanged them for working units. When the triggers stop working on the same units they wouldn’t refund my money instead give me a last sale price which was half of what I paid. Be cautious when VICTORIA from customer service is helping you she put them as returns not exchanged and now I cannot return them !! Total scam. I paid 25.99 they returned 11$ each.
Always have helpfully staff, willing to assist in finding or answering any questions. Good prices and roomy isles.nAlways clean and tidy which is important to the females that shop there. I for one love going there and bring my little dog for the outing. I never leave without buying some items. I always discover something new,so take your time it not only for men but for females too.....
Terrible experience at this location. I came in to purchase a pickup truck bed mat and was told by one employee that it was available in the warehouse. I was asked to wait in the customer service area, but after waiting 15 minutes, no one came back and there was no update.nI spoke with four different employees, and none of them could tell me how long it would take or were willing to help. Instead, I was met with attitude and a complete lack of concern. In total, 45 minutes were wasted, and I still didn't receive the product or any clear information.nIf an item needs to be retrieved from the warehouse, customers should at least be informed of the expected wait time. Several employees at customer service also had very poor attitudes, as if they were working there unwillingly.nI've shopped at this location before and had good experiences, but this visit was extremely disappointing.
