My Powerfist 30 gpm wood splitter hydraulic control purchased a few years ago, started leaking this year during my busy wood splitting season. Chuck helped me quickly with a replacement at the last sale price since it was outside the warranty. Replacement installed easily and works great! My 'go-to' store for hydraulics and tools for all my automotive and home DIY work. Well staffed with a very knowlegeable and helpful team.

Every staff member I interacted with today was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I found the right product with the best advice. Special thanks to Garrett, but truly, the whole team was exceptional. I was also offered an extra discount, which made the great prices even better. Returned a unused screw extractor kit from 8 years ago and got a refund with my phone number to track the transaction. Great for finding odd tools you may need. If you do automotive DIY or detailing this is your store!

I normally have a great experience at this location. And I shop there a lot. Infact I drive to that location almost weekly from 150 kms away. But this latest experience was anything but pleasant. 2 months ago. I purchased the 2 seat drift hero buggy for my twins. I was told at that time it was returnable for months as they have a great return policy. Well once we got it home and put it all together. It worked great.The kids loved it. About 2 weeks in. The bolts started coming out of it around the roll cage and cargo basket. Which wasn’t a big deal. However it continued to happen. Eventually losing bolts. So my man did some spot welding on it. We never wanted to return it. My kids loved there buggy. It wasn’t until the actual frame near the engine cracked in half. That we decided to return it. And no. My kids were not rough by any means with this machine. But it was the actual store that got me pretty upset. When we went in to return it. They told us this was the second one that came back today. So after speaking with customer service. He said I’m going to speak to the manager to see if he wants to do the exchange or refund. We wanted an exchange. Not a refund. The customer service rep came back and told us. The manager doesn’t want to exchange. Only a refund. So my man said ok. No problem. We will just pay for the new one. Not a big deal right? WRONG. We got the refund. And went back to the counter to purchase the new one. And we were denied. They refused to sell us a new one. So my man asked them. If I was a different person. Would I be able to buy this? They said yes. I ended up calling the manager. And he again refused to sell us another one. And outright denied forcing us to take the refund. Needless to say. My twin boys left that parking lot in tears both broken hearted because of the way we were treated that day. Years and years of shopping there. I’ve never been so disgusted!!!!!!!!
