Popped in while in Kingston after work. I was looking for a few things and I am not familiar with the layout of the location. A team member Meghan I believe went out of her way to look up where the item was she was correct!, and then proceeded to answer my questions, made a few great recommendations and checked me out quickly. She was professional, courteous and I felt very welcome! You are fortunate to have her on your team.
Princess Auto always makes sure the customer is happy. Made a purchase 2 weeks ago that is now on sale, they refunded me the difference. Also, wanted to purchase something from last months sale and they notified me that anything a month before or after a sale is able to be purchased at the sale price. Great for out of town shoppers who don’t make it there all the time. Also a huge plus is the free coffee and the fact they have a hardcopy catalogue.
It's a man's shopping store he can get many assorted items from tools , car items lots of different gadgets mostly for construction and mechanical etc. It's nice clean very organized, they're pricing is very reasonable, lots of sales. The salesman are there right away to assist you very knowledgeable and very polite. I would recommend this store to mostly men but also some women who like gadgets and they do they're own repairs etc. Go there it's grrrrrrrrrrreat!!! hahaha
Store phone system sucks for a hearing impaired customer.nnI have been a faithful customer for as long as the store has been in Kingston and this is my first negative review. That automated phone answering ?? system would have killed a sale except that my wife made three tries to get through and succeeded on her third.nnThis will not do.nnRod Croskery
Starting to get a little more organized in the back corner by the warehouse. Theres a small fishing section, also found a great deal on arrows for my recurve bow as well as an arrow rest and thumb release. Gloves on gloves. & lots of great little finds if you look. Especially if you look above eye level on the big racks! LOOK UP THERES MORE! Great place always.
