Prince Rupert Regional Hospital

Had to attend emergency for, what turned out to be, bronchitis but while there saw the heart specialist and was diagnosed with AFIB. Stayed the night and with proper care and medication started to feel better. The hospital was over crowded and I was allowed to care for myself at my residence. Further follow up was conducted and I am on the mend. Thank you to the medical staff.

I hope no one goes in with a neurological condition. Go some where else because they will diagnose it as mental illness. They do not want to know what is wrong. They will do the basic tests and if nothing shows up you have a mental pathology. This seems to be their philosophy; Just slap that bandage on and hope the true condition doesn't kill you or leave your life in shambles but, please do not come back because we do not want to take responsibility.

Worst Hospital ever and one of the receptionist are Very Rude!!! Shes a miserable person who should not be working period at that hospital plus some of those nurses are down right rude alsonThis place Dont care about anyone better off going to terrace if you can! If I could give this place a minus -10 I would!

Waited an hour in the waiting room, then waited well over an hour after finally put on a bed in ER to get seeing. The Dr that helped me was very polite and informative.

This is our second time going to northern health Prince Rupert. Both time we got an extremely frustrating experience at this hospital. I was told the wait time would be 4 hours, so I asked if it was possible to come back later. They told me no. After 5 hours of waiting, they finally called us inside, only for us to wait an additional 2 hours without anyone even checking on us. One of the attendants was incredibly rude, adding to the already terrible experience. In the end, we left the hospital without any checkup. The entire process was unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
